Remarks

  1. The above fee/charges are for reference only. Service fee are not including parts fee, particular repair item and additional fee (if applicable).
  2. Paid by cash or cheque to our company representative while each service is completed. Receipt will be issued at the same time in general.
  3. On-site service in outlying islands, restricted areas and remote location requires longer time to arrange and additional fee will be charged, however, the service for far remote location may not be provided.
  4. Take back service fee is included collection and delivery service, except customers in Discovery Bay shall pay the Discovery Bay Tunnel Access and Road Usage Fee. Product in the inaccessible location for truck, customer will be responsible for transporting the product to the urban area for our take back service.
  5. For the carry-in repair service, please pay Carry-in Service Fee by electronic payment in advance while service registration. This Service fee is not refundable. After the repair is completed, please collect the product at our company and pay the balance by electronic payment.
  6. All articles left unclaimed by customer within 2 months after notification will be disposed of at our own discretion and our company shall not be liable to or responsible to the customer for such articles or for any loss or damage whatsoever in such event.
  7. Replaces part(s) shall be guaranteed for 30 days according to the service completion date.
  8. In case of dispute, Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances Sales Hong Kong Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.

Window Type Air Conditioner Overhaul Cleaning Service at Workshop (For the customer unit which is out of Warranty or Maintenance Scheme – If the Air-conditioner is not suitable or infeasible to clean while collecting the unit, thus the service has to be cancelled. Service fee of HK$150.00 per visit per flat will be charged.) 3/4 - 1hp $560 / unit
